Alex is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist providing Sex Addiction Treatment. His focus is on trauma, sex addiction and pornography addiction. He also provides treatment for anxiety, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, sex difficulties, anger regulation issues, betrayal from an affair, self-esteem, co-dependency, trauma, abuse and managing grief and loss.

He is co-founder and Clinical Director of ITR where he supervises and trains pre-licensed therapists and coaches who have graduated from a Master's psychology program.

Adolfo has a passion for helping people who may need help navigating current or past events in their lives. Trust and non-judgment are critical parts of his coaching relationships. He has experience with teenagers who are working on their independent living skills, developing healthy coping skills and learning to manage their emotions. He also has experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. He has also facilitated men's groups.
