  • ✺ Week 1: From Crisis to Stability

    The focus of this week is to understand the crisis level the client is in and to create stability through tools, boundaries and coping strategies

    Schedule: 

    Daily Individual Therapy (Monday-Sunday)

    One check in/day

  • ✺ Week 2: Progress over Perfection

    The focus of this week is to help the client take baby steps and to experience success through a progress over perfection mindset

    Schedule: 

    Daily Individual Therapy

    One check in/day

  • ✺ Week 3: The Opposite of Addiction is Connection

    The focus of this week is to help the client develop and deepen support with peers, guides and God/Higher Power (if applicable)

    Schedule: 

    Individual Therapy 4x/week

  • ✺ Week 4: The Power of Vulnerability to Heal Shame

    The focus of this week is to understand and heal shame

  • ✺ Week 5: Decoding the Addiction Cycle

    The focus of this week is to help the client decode their particular addiction cycle

  • ✺ Week 6: Understanding Trauma

    The focus of this week is to help the client understand the role of trauma in shaping their identity and their addiction

  • ✺ Week 7: Mind and Body Connection

    The focus of this week is to help the client learn the connection of mind and body by using CBT

  • ✺ Week 8: Holistic Recovery Plan

    The focus of this week is to create a holistic recovery plan that incorporates all of the insights, tools, paradigms and strategies of the IOP
